RAGHAV KOTHA
Cofounder & President
Raghav Kotha created CareerTide with the vision of increasing the accessibility of jobs in the finance industry. At CareerTide, he is responsible for the overall management of the organization, striving each day to improve the overall experience for both mentors and mentees. He is currently an investment banking analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners and has prior experience in startups and private equity. He holds a B.B.A in finance from the University of Texas and is passionate about giving back to his community, fitness and healthcare.
MAITREYA MOVVA
Cofounder & Head of Program Development
Maitreya serves as the Head of Program Development for CareerTide, helping facilitate mentor/mentee relationships and oversee program resources. He is currently an investment banking analyst at Jefferies and has prior experience in IB, consulting, and asset management. Maitreya holds a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance from the University of Texas.

MATT WHITING
Cofounder & VP of Outreach
Matt serves as the VP of Outreach for CareerTide, coordinating mentor/mentee recruitment at universities and firms across the country. He is currently an investment banking analyst at UBS and has prior experience in real estate and asset management. Matt holds a B.S. from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.
